This made as perfect side to a creamy chicken dish I served the family. Although the flavors are very subtle, this recipe is perfect for a rich main dish. This is a side that would lend itself really well to any dish that has a lot of flavor or creaminess. I made exactly as written and did find I had to keep watch as it did stick to the bottom of the pan, so next time I will have the heat a little lower. Nice easy recipe for the next side dish I need.
