"This is a take on an American classic. Traditionally, a switchell is a sweet and sour fermented beverage that farmers would consume during peak harvest times. It's also great as a refreshing nonalcoholic drink - simply substitute additional seltzer water for the vodka. This is a great way to use up basil in your garden. Source: Christopher and Marc Home"

Wow! I wasn't sure what to expect, but couldn't pass up this unique cocktail! I love tangy things, and I love Bragg's vinegar, but still... a cocktail? What a surprise - it's tangy and the honey/basil/vinegar combo result in a slightly sweet & salty (?) drink. It's absolutely wonderful! Ok - so now I can have a cocktail and not feel in the least bit guilty. I'm drinking something healthy, right??? LOL...
