Ingredients
- FOR HONEY SIMPLE SYRUP (Refer to NOTE, below)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup water
- FOR SWITCHELL
- 4 to 6 basil leaves
- 1 ounce simple syrup (honey simple syrup, listed below)
- 1 ounce apple cider vinegar (raw)
- 1 1/2 ounces vodka
- Seltzer water
How to Make

Step 1: In a tall cocktail glass, place the basil leaves and gently muddle until fragrant.

Step 2: Add the honey simple syrup, apple cider vinegar, and vodka. Stir gently until well combined.

Step 3: Fill the glass with ice and top off with seltzer water.

NOTE: Honey Simple Syrup can be kept in the fridge for a long time, therefore if you prefer to make additional to have it handy, use 1 cup each for both the honey and water.
