"For some unknown reason, I bought a package of Steak Fajita Seasoned Rice Mix. And didn't know what to do with it.So, I made the recipe that was on the back of the package.Sometimes they really don't turn out that well. But with this recipe and my minor changes, it was much better than I expected. My SO even gave it 4 stars. The recipe said the serving amounts were for 4,but I bet you could get 6 out of this.If you try this, I sincerely hope you ENJOY !!! Posted on 7/26/17. " Keep Smiling :)"

Step 1

In a large skillet over medium heat brown ground beef and onion(drain if needed).

Step 2

Stir in remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.

Step 3

Cover and reduce heat to low and simmer ,stirring occasionally.

Step 4

Cook for 10 minutes or until rice is tender.

Step 5

Serve with your favorite Mexican Style toppings.
