Step 1: In a large skillet over medium heat brown ground beef and onion(drain if needed).
Step 2: Stir in remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
Step 3: Cover and reduce heat to low and simmer ,stirring occasionally.
Step 4: Cook for 10 minutes or until rice is tender.
Step 5: Serve with your favorite Mexican Style toppings.
