"When I was following a semi low carb diet, my friend made these for a tapas party and I was OBSESSED with this and made it every chance i got,,, it was delish from the bitterness of the endive and the saltiness of the goat cheese followed by the sweet finish of fig... OMG these were the best little appetizers ive ever had. Simple yet looks so fancy."
