Step by Step Method
Step 1
Heat the water.

Stir in the raisins, cloves, and dates, and cook for 15 minutes over medium heat.

Stirring frequently as not to burn.

Add the lemon juice and cook for another 5 minutes, then remove from heat and allow to cool.
Step 5
Remove the cloves.
Step 6
Place in fruit cups with liquid.
Step 7
Whip the cream until frothy, then spoon over the dates and sprinkle with pistachios before serving.
