Great sandwich. Didn't add celery but followed other ingredients

I scaled back to use two eggs and instead of celery I used a small gherkin otherwise made as per recipe and very much enjoyed in a wholemeal wholegrain bread roll with some crispy iceberg lettuce, thank you dienia b made for Pick Me tag game.
