"An easy weeknight dinner or a quick lunch. I saw this on GMA and adapted it. You can use the kind of coleslaw mix with shredded white and red cabbage and carrots. Or use the kind that's shredded broccoli. Or, cut up your own cabbage!! To save calories, I use less dressing for myself!"
Divide brown rice In 2 bowls.
Top each with half of the coleslaw mix and chicken.
Add cilantro, green onions and dressing.
