Step by Step Method
Step 1
Cook spinach according to package directions (microwaving okay); drain.
Step 2
Combine sour cream and soup mix and fold into spinach.
Step 3
Put spinach mixture into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole.

Top with stuffing mix and drizzle with butter. Bake at 350°F 30 minutes.
