"When I first made this, it shocked me how very easy it can be if you cheat a little. This recipe calls for pre-cooked shrimp, but if you'd rather use raw just add about 5 minutes to the cooking time."

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Bring a large pot of water to a boil; add pasta and continue boiling, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes. Rinse, drain and keep warm.

Step 2

Melt butter in a large skillet; add wine, garlic, pepper and parsley and simmer 5 minutes.

Step 3

Add shrimp to skillet and simmer, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until heated through.

Step 4

Remove shrimp from pan with a slotted spoon; pour liquid over pasta and toss to coat.

Step 5

Divide pasta among four plates, top with shrimp and pour any remaining liquid over top.

Step 6

Especially good served with warm crusty bread to mop up juice from the plate.
