Step by Step Method

Step 1

Prepare an 8-inch square pan.

Step 2

In a large bowl combine the confectioners sugar with salt and graham cracker crumbs.

Step 3

Using a wooden spoon mix in melted butter and peanut butter until thoroughly combined (this may take a few minutes I just use my hands for mixing).

Step 4

Spread into pan.

Step 5

Combine topping ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl; heat until melted removing once to stir

Step 6

Spread over peanut butter layer; refrigerate until cold.

Step 7

Slice into desired size bars.

These are definitely worth the little time it takes to make these up. I am a sucker for chocolate and peanut butter so I knew these would satisfy that craving I was having. They are so good that it's hard to control how many you have once you have the first one! My husband ate 3 before he took a breath! My kids and grandchildren are going to go nuts over these!
