"This recipe was adapted from Michelle Tam's Nom Nom Paleo book "Ready or Not". We aren't paleo so I used bottled BBQ sauce rather than making a homemade paleo version. These have turned out perfect every time and are easy to make, just account for prepping and cooking time. I may have forgotten about the extra hour of baking in the past and ended up with a late dinner. The kids love them so much they didn't mind the wait. Enjoy!"
