Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Step 2
Put white wine and lemon juice in a Pam sprayed 9x13" baking dish
Step 3
Set aside.
Step 4
Mix together shrimp, olive oil, garlic and red pepper flakes, to taste.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 6
Add this in single layer in the baking dish.
Step 7
Mix together panko bread crumbs and butter and sprinkle over the top.
Step 8
Place in oven and bake until bubbly and golden about 10 minutes.
Step 9
Garnish with parsley before serving over pasta.
