"Balti sauce is wonderful,it is what I think of, as a mild curry. It has a tomato base. Fantastic over chicken, lamb, pork or vegetarian over cauliflower. Once you taste it let your imagination run wild. I have had this recipe tucked away for years and thought of it last week. This sauce will be enough for 4 servings of meat or veggies. Just pour it over cubed meat or florets of veggies of your choice and bake for about 45 minutes at 375f. If you are not using all the sauce at one place it in a jar and freeze it. Try some banana slices along side - they taste so good with any curry type sauce."
