Step 1: Mix together: coriander, cinnamon, tumeric, cumin, fengreek, mustard, cardamon and paprika, set aside.
Step 2: Meanwhile to a large skillet add oil , heat over medium high heat saute the onion, garlic, ginger and jalapenos.
Step 3: Fry for a couple of minutes until the onion is soft and the mixture is aromatic.
Step 4: Add all the ingredients together and simmer over medium heat for approx 30 minutes.
