"Warm matcha latte made in the blender. Adapted from The Roasted Root. For You Want What? 2019 recipe game. Beef gelatin is usually unflavored. The gelatin gives it the froth. Replace the beef gelatin with regular gelatin if need be. You can sweeten it to taste."

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Boil the water using the tea bags. Steep the tea for 5 to 8 minutes or however strong you want it.

Step 2

Get out a blender. Put in the matcha powder, cinnamon, beef gelatin, and flax oil (or coconut oil).

Step 3

Add the Earl Grey Tea and blend on high for 2 minutes.

Step 4

Pour into a mug.

This is interesting and good -- the matcha powder gives it a green color. Instead of the beef gelatin I used one veggie bouillon cube and I used corn oil instead of the oil mentioned. An interesting and good drink on a cold day. Thanks for sharing!
