Step 1: Boil the water using the tea bags. Steep the tea for 5 to 8 minutes or however strong you want it.
Step 2: Get out a blender. Put in the matcha powder, cinnamon, beef gelatin, and flax oil (or coconut oil).
Step 3: Add the Earl Grey Tea and blend on high for 2 minutes.
Step 4: Pour into a mug.
