Step by Step Method
Step 1
Grease and flour 15 muffin cups. Set aside.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 325° Fahrenheit.

Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt together. Set aside.
Step 4
Beat butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add cocoa mix.
Step 5
Beat in eggs one at a time.
Step 6
Beat in pumpkin and vanilla until well-blended.
Step 7
Slowly mix in flour just until combines. Stir in chips.
Step 8
Spoon batter into muffin cups and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until tester comes out clean.
