Bergy (RIP" Forever in our Kitchen)

A very tasty burger - will make again for sure. I served them in Pitas instead of buns. I added carmelized onions, lettuce & tomato. A great Saturday night burger - thanks Echo Echo 21 March 15 Made again. They are very moist and a bit hard to handle. Love the flavour
