Step by Step Method
Step 1
Mix eggs with oregano and pepper.
Step 2
In pan, saute mushrooms in butter. Take out mushrooms. Pour eggs in butter. Add back mushrooms to pan.

Add olives spinach and cheese; cook until done. Fold over plate.
Step 4
Garnish with tomatoes and green onion.
