"I was reading that Minestrone soup killed malaria parasites, heres hoping lol,the study had hugh holes,but had promise.can cook on stovetop for faster meal. Just cook in order of ingredients And simmer until potatoes are soft .can also add pasta last hour of cooking if you wish"

Delicious soup! I did up the spices/herbs and left out the pototoes and put the soup over some cooked noodles. And used chickpeas instead of the cannelloni beans (personal preference). Served this to visiting family and they all thoroughly enjoyed it as did I. Thank you for sharing this keeper recipe! Made for Billboard Recipe Tag.
