Step 1

Mix everything but oil in dressing recipe

Step 2

Slowly add oil

Step 3

Blend until emulsified

Oh this is a vibrant and oh-so-good bean salad. Went perfectly as a side to our burgers and all the ingredients were in perfect harmony. I did only use 8 tablespoons of the lime juice and used the zest of 2 limes. Next time, I think I will start with 5 tablespoons of lime juice and work my way up, as it was a tad puckerish, but to tame it, I added a bit of sugar. But, it by no means takes away from this awesome tasting salad. Loved every bite. Thank you, Dee, for sharing. Made it for FYC and Pick Me tag games.
