"I saw this on pinterest and it looked like something Mr. Picky would like, eggs and meat are dear in afgan so I see most recipes with just the veggies. Serve with flatbread, I used flour tortillas, this is my way of doing it, they use more herbs so if you like a bolder taste feel free to add more"
