Step 1

Heat butter and saute veggies until crisp not mushy

Step 2

Put on plate

Step 3

Spray pan with pam

Step 4

Add egg whites(2 big,or 4 small) and cook until lightly browned( some people add parmesan cheese,beaten into egg whites

Step 5

Flip over. Add veggies

Step 6

Plate. Add salsa on top

This will definitely be my go so recipe for using up egg whites and hopefully soon when I make the DH another Key Lime Tart or make the Caramel Filling for a Caramel Tart another delicious omelet will be appearing on my plate. I made a half recipe using 3 egg whites created from making a Key Lime Tart and prepared the veg the evening before so it was a quick make and eat job in the morning and what a delicious one it was and so satisfying as well.
