Step 1: Heat butter and saute veggies until crisp not mushy
Step 2: Put on plate
Step 3: Spray pan with pam
Step 4: Add egg whites(2 big,or 4 small) and cook until lightly browned( some people add parmesan cheese,beaten into egg whites
Step 5: Flip over. Add veggies
Step 6: Plate. Add salsa on top
