"Hubby knows how to make 3 dinners: tacos, kielbasa and meatloaf. It makes him happy when I ask him to make dinner, although that's probably because I don't ask very often! But it sure is nice to come to dinner already made once in a while."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a loaf pan.
Step 2
Combine ingredients. He never measures, so I am approximating the amount of bread crumbs. If meat seems too loose, add a little more.
Step 3
Place meat in loaf pan and bake for 60 - 75 minutes, or until done.
