Step by Step Method
Step 1
Mix yeast sugar and water; let proof.
Step 2
Add spices oil and then flours gluten knead until smooth let rise until double punch down, divide into 5 round rolls. Cut a cross into them. Let rise covered until doubled.
Step 3
Sprinkle with water, sprinkle with topping.
Step 4
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Put a bowl of water in baking dish.

Bake for 20 minutes.
