"My daughter was recently told that she has to follow a strict dairy free diet because she is nursing her baby who has a dairy allergy. I wanted to serve garlic bread along with pasta so I was on the hunt for a dairy free alternative and I found this on a blog called Mom's Plans. This tasty garlic bread recipe is even better than the classic buttered garlic bread recipes. Use a good quality olive oil for this for best results. This is enough to coat 4 slices of bread or 2 Kaiser buns."

I made this twice and boy do you need to keep an I on it the first time I very nearly ended up with a cremated mess and the ends were badly burnt and ended up in the bin and the second time I checked it and it still needed some more toasting and 30 seconds later I got to it just in time with a little charring around the edges. I used a garlic and herb flat rectangular roll which I split and had one half one night and the other half the next and each time thoroughly enjoyed, thank you QueenBea for a great alternative in making garlic bread, made for Billboard Recipe tag game.
