We love the curry mixed with peanut butter and flavored with a bit of spice, feel free to taste the marinade and add more dried red chili to your taste. Step by Step Method
Step 1
Combine all ingredients (except chicken), if mixture is too thick, keep adding hot water until mixture is similar to cream.
Step 2
Reserve 1/2 cup of marinade mixture for basting while grilling.
Step 3
Place remaining marinade in zip lock bag, add chicken pieces, squish to combine, marinate for 2-3 hours
Step 4
Heat grill, lightly oil grates, place chicken on grate and brush with reserved peanut butter mixture while grilling.
Step 5
Grill until juices run clear.(about 30 min).
Step 6
Garish with cilantro, serve with noodles or rice.
