Step by Step Method
Step 1
In a large pot cook and crumble the sausage until no longer pink apprx 5 minutes
Step 2
Remove from pot
Step 3
Follow the package instructions & cook the pasta
Step 4
In the same pot over medium heat, add oil
Step 5
Cook & stir the onion and peppers for 3 minutes
Step 6
Add squash, cook 5 minutes
Step 7
Stir in the apple, salt and curry powder
Step 8
Cook apprx 4 minutes or until the veggies are crisp tender
Step 9
Return sausage to pot, add pasta and water
Step 10
Stir and heat through
