Step 1

Preheat the oven to 450°F, lightly spray a baking pan with nonstick spray.

Step 2

Combine the potatoes and olive oil in one bowl.

Step 3

Combine the cumin, garlic powder, paprika, salt, cayenne, and cinnamon in another bowl.

Step 4

Sprinkle the spice mixture over the potatoes and toss well.

Step 5

Arrange the potatoes in a single layer on the pan.

Step 6

Bake 20 minutes, then turn the potatoes, and bake until crisp and cooked through, 8-10 minutes longer.

Step 7

For a little extra crispness, finish cooking the fries under the broiler.

YUM!!! These delicious potatoes are heading into my Best of 2020 file. I didn't use the full mount of the spice mixture. I saved it so I can quickly make another batch of these potatoes. Crispy potatoes and very flavorful. Thank you!
