Step by Step Method
Step 1
Cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy then add the egg and beat well.
Step 2
Stir in flour, vanilla and then add the sultanas and chocolate chips.
Step 3
Drop tablespoonfuls of the mixture into the cornflakes and roll to coat.
Step 4
Place on a greased baking tray and repeat with the remaining mixture.
Step 5
Bake the biscuits in a moderate oven 180°C for 15-20 minutes or until cooked.
Step 6
Remove from oven and cool on a wire rack.
Step 7
Cool and serve or store the biscuits in an airtight container until required.
