Step 1: Cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy then add the egg and beat well.
Step 2: Stir in flour, vanilla and then add the sultanas and chocolate chips.
Step 3: Drop tablespoonfuls of the mixture into the cornflakes and roll to coat.
Step 4: Place on a greased baking tray and repeat with the remaining mixture.
Step 5: Bake the biscuits in a moderate oven 180°C for 15-20 minutes or until cooked.
Step 6: Remove from oven and cool on a wire rack.
Step 7: Cool and serve or store the biscuits in an airtight container until required.
