Step by Step Method
Step 1
I caramelized onions in oil first then added water and potatoes, this was not in kathys recipe, I just like it.
Step 2
Place the potatoes in water cook 15 minutes, add salt and chopped greens, cook 15 minutes more. Turn off soup.
Step 3
Mix egg yolks with butter then add to soup blending.
