"This makes a very good roast and once everything cooks down there is no sweet taste at all. The combination of Pepsi and mushroom soup make a wonderful gravy. If you like you can also add in sliced onions or mushrooms"

I made a few changes but only minor, still this was very good and I'll make this again many times over!

I did make a couple of changes to this recipe only because of food intolerances. I used a gluten free onion bouillon cube and a mushroom bouillon cube mixed well into a cup of water and stirred in a bit of tapioca starch to thicken the sauce into "gravy" as it slow cooked. It turned out quite nicely.

This was good, the gravy was on the thin side and a bit sweet, I don't know if I would make it again if I did I would change a few things but thanks anyway.
