Goodness if there was ever the best brownies this is the one, I used about a 1/4 cup bourbon that's what I had left in the bottle so I just poured it in, the more the better I say, this was a test-run for Christmas, I think I may sprinkle some crushed candy canes over the icing for the holidays, these brownies are to die for, thanks JostLori for posting the recipe here!

I made a few changes but only minor, still this was very good and I'll make this again many times over!

Oh yes this was good and I love the fact you can adapt it to you liking using different ingredient which is what I did, this is a great way to use up leftover cooked pork roast, my family loved this casserole so I'll be making it many times again!

I won't be looking any further for a marinade, this one is THE ONE! awesome, thanks!
