Step by Step Method
Step 1
In a bowl mix dry ingredients and thyme I think a little dry would work).

Heat the oven to 200C/400 degrees.

Divide the dough into 8 portions and shape each as balls. Put the balls on a tray covered with baking paper off each other. Make incisions in the form of a cross on each ball.

Mist cakes with olive oil and bake them for about 12-15 minutes or until browned on cakes.
Step 6
Subtract them from the oven and again lightly with olive oil.
Step 7
Cover with a towel for 5-10 minutes.
