Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 180 grams flour (wheat flour)
  • 60 grams cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 120 grams yogurt
  • 5 tablespoons olive oil
  • Fresh thyme (leaves of, sprigs 7-8)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for coating cakes)

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a bowl mix dry ingredients and thyme I think a little dry would work).

  • Step 2: To the mixture, add egg, yogurt and olive oil; mix just until blended (we cover the dough with a cloth and leave for 20 minutes).

  • Step 3: Heat the oven to 200C/400 degrees.

  • Step 4: Divide the dough into 8 portions and shape each as balls. Put the balls on a tray covered with baking paper off each other. Make incisions in the form of a cross on each ball.

  • Step 5: Mist cakes with olive oil and bake them for about 12-15 minutes or until browned on cakes.

  • Step 6: Subtract them from the oven and again lightly with olive oil.

  • Step 7: Cover with a towel for 5-10 minutes.
