This was quick to put together with ingredients I always have on hand. We made a burrito bowl with this and we loved it! It will be made again soon.

My kids LOVE shrimp (my husband is allergic, so I don't make it often) and I made this today for the kids as a quick summer lunch. They ate it all -- alongside some leftover Spanish rice. Really fast and easy to prepare! Glad I made this recipe.
