Thaw the shrimp.

Mince the garlic.

My kids LOVE shrimp (my husband is allergic, so I don't make it often) and I made this today for the kids as a quick summer lunch. They ate it all -- alongside some leftover Spanish rice. Really fast and easy to prepare! Glad I made this recipe.
