"Recipe source: Bon Appetit (August 204) Cilantro grows almost wild in my garden so this is a good way to use it. This can be made one day ahead of time - keep refrigerated. Makes 1 2/3 cups"

Yummers ellie! I knew I would most likely enjoy this dressing, but the end result was more than I expected. If you like cilantro, you will love this. The possibilites are endless with this sauce. I had it over plain white rice and it blew me away. I'm going to add it to brown rice as well and want to see how it goes with salad salad greens which I will be trying soon. Wow, it's really GREAT.
