Step by Step Method

Step 1

Melt the butter in a skillet over medium high heat. Add the almonds and cook for 1 minute.

Add the coriander, turmeric, and rice; cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.

Step 3

Add the stock and salt; brink to a simmer. Cover and cook for 2 minutes or until the liquid is absorbed. Stir in the cilantro. (Sub parsley if you hate cilantro)
