Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°.
Step 2
Add zucchini, oil, eggs, honey and vanilla to a food processor and process until mixed well.
Step 3
Combine remaining dry ingredients in a small bowl and add to wet ingredients. Process again until combined.
Step 4
If adding chocolate chips, process only briefly.
Step 5
Add to a greased bread pan and bake for 40 minutes, or until done in center. Cool on rack.
