Step by Step Method
Step 1
Heat oven to 350 degrees
Step 2
Grease and flour baking pan(s). 13x19x2, or two layer pans, 9 or 8 inch pans.

In a chilled bowl beat cream until stiff
Step 4
Beat eggs until thick and lemon coloured
Step 5
Fold eggs, extract and chocolate into whipped cream
Step 6
Stir together dry ingredients and gently fold into whipped cream mixture until blended
Step 7
Pour into pans
Step 8
Bake oblong 45 min and layers 30-35 min or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Step 9
Frost with a frosting of choice. A whipped topping is particularly nice
