Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease 9X5-inch loaf pan.

Step 2

In large bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, brown sugar, baking soda and salt. In medium bowl, whisk eggs and vegetable oil.

Step 3

Pour egg mixture, zucchini and orange zest into bowl of dry ingredients, mixing well. Stir in chocolate chips.

Step 4

Transfer to loaf pan and bake 50 minutes, until cooked through and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Allow to cool, then cut into slices., Enjoy, storing any leftovers in an airtight container.

We ate this for breakfast and it was GOOD. I made exactly as instructed; mine took about an hour and ten minutes to bake. I cut up the orange I used for the zest and served it with the bread and the kids squirted the orange juice over the bread and said it made it even better. Thanks for sharing!
