Step by Step Method
Step 1
In a medium size bowl, using a hand mixer, mix cake mix, pumpkin, water and cinnamon until well blended.
Step 2
Batter will be thick.
Step 3
Pour into a greased 9x13 inch cake pan or cupcake liners.
Step 4
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes for a 9x13, 25 minutes for cupcakes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Step 5
Remove from oven and cool completely.
Step 6
In a medium size bowl, mix pudding with milk, then fold in coolwhip.
Step 7
Frost cupcakes or cake.
Step 8
Keep refrigerated.
