Step 1: In a medium size bowl, using a hand mixer, mix cake mix, pumpkin, water and cinnamon until well blended.
Step 2: Batter will be thick.
Step 3: Pour into a greased 9x13 inch cake pan or cupcake liners.
Step 4: Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes for a 9x13, 25 minutes for cupcakes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Step 5: Remove from oven and cool completely.
Step 6: In a medium size bowl, mix pudding with milk, then fold in coolwhip.
Step 7: Frost cupcakes or cake.
Step 8: Keep refrigerated.
