"We had been snowed in, plus I wanted to try to use up some of what I had. So I looked at some cookie recipes and changed ingredients for what I had. I made these. 1 cookie per serving."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Heat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease cookie sheets.
Step 2
In a large bowl, mix the white sugar, brown sugar, and the softened butter. Mix well.
Step 3
Mix the eggs and the vanilla together. Then add them to the sugar bowl and mix all together.
Step 4
In another bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Then add them a little at a time to the sugar bowl, mixing them together.
Step 5
Next, stir in the two kinds of chips, the coconut, and the walnuts. Mix everything well.
Step 6
Drop by rounded tablespoons onto the greased cookie sheets, placing about an inch apart.
Step 7
Bake for 12 to 14 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool for a couple of minutes before removing to a cooling rack or to some wax paper to finish cooling.
