  • 1 cup butter (softened)
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup white baking chips
  • 3/4 cup sweetened coconut (flakes)
  • 3/4 cup walnuts, chopped

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease cookie sheets.

  • Step 2: In a large bowl, mix the white sugar, brown sugar, and the softened butter. Mix well.

  • Step 3: Mix the eggs and the vanilla together. Then add them to the sugar bowl and mix all together.

  • Step 4: In another bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Then add them a little at a time to the sugar bowl, mixing them together.

  • Step 5: Next, stir in the two kinds of chips, the coconut, and the walnuts. Mix everything well.

  • Step 6: Drop by rounded tablespoons onto the greased cookie sheets, placing about an inch apart.

  • Step 7: Bake for 12 to 14 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool for a couple of minutes before removing to a cooling rack or to some wax paper to finish cooling.
